PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price that is listed on our platform is correct and has been given discounted by the merchant itself. However, we reserve the right to change the pricing in the future if we have too. Prices are not inclusive of tax. Besides that, the food that is available on our platform can be changed too.
Just in case there is no pricing on the food, or there is no shown of discount, do let us know so we can correct the error that has been done by the merchant or the system.
The total charges stated on the checkout page include with delivery charges and other charges that has been stated on the bill. Payment can either be cash on delivery, online transfer, credit or debit card is acceptable.
Any other than Cash on delivery, Green Hero is not associated with any payment provider and is neither the agent or employee for them that has been stated on the website.
These Terms shall not in any way supersede the terms of any other service provider for using their service, nor shall the terms of service of any other service provider supersede the terms of the Terms with respect to the Services.
You acknowledge and agree that all transactions are subject to acceptance by both Green Hero and the Sellers. The contract for fulfilment of a transaction is created between you and the Seller, which will only be formed once you have received such acceptance. Green Hero is not responsible for either party’s performance under such a contract and Green Hero makes no guarantee that the obligations of either party under the contract will be fulfilled.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
To cancel your order and to be fair to all party, if you want to cancel your order, please do not hesitate to call up the seller and notify your cancellation with a valid reason. If the reason is accepted by the seller, no cancellation fees are applied but if refused due to food that has been prepared and packed for you, no cancellation is allowed but you can choose to donate to a street person or charity organization.
We may and can cancel your order if the food happened to be in shortage or is no longer safe to eat. Payment that has been done via online or credit/ debit card will be refunded to you in 3 working days.
If the cancellation was made in time and once the Seller has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 3 working days. In the unlikely event that the Seller prepares a wrong item, you have the right to reject the wrong item and you shall be refunded in full by the Seller for the wrong item.
No reimbursement of any fee or payment shall be allowed, unless the refund request was made due to technical fault/error, such as transaction duplicity, or any other circumstances Green Hero at its sole discretion deems fit.
Collection of Personal Data
We collect your personal data for the following reasons under our possession.
You provide your Personal Data to us
Create an account for your user profile.
Provide information for delivery to be done for you or even for the stalls to prepare your orders.
Participate in contest of events organized by us.
When our services are used
Personal Data may be collected through the normal operation of our Apps, Websites, Services. Some examples are:
your transaction details,
information about how you interacted with our Apps, Website or services,
personal data you enter in messages when you use our in-app communication features.
From other sources
When we collect Personal Data from other sources, we make sure that that data is transferred to us in accordance with applicable laws. Such sources include:
our business partners, such as fleet partners, payment providers, ride-hailing partners and transport partners;
insurance and financial providers;
publicly available data;

Providing services and features
Your Personal Data will be used to provide, personalise, maintain and improve our products and services. This includes using your Personal Data to:
provide you with Services across our various business verticals;
engage you to provide Services;
create, administer and update your account;

validate your ride and process payments;
offer, obtain, provide or facilitate insurance or financing solutions;
track the progress of your trip and detect abnormal trip variations;
enable features that personalise your App, such as lists of your favourite places and previous destinations;
perform internal operations necessary to provide our Services, including troubleshooting software bugs and operational problems, conducting data analysis, testing and research, monitoring and analysing usage and activity trends;
protect the security or integrity of the Services and any facilities or equipment used to make the Services available;
process and manage your rewards;
enable communications between our users;
process, manage or verify your application for subscription with Grab and to provide you with subscribers’ benefits; and
enable our partners to manage and allocate fleet resources.
We use Personal Data to resolve customer support issues. For example, we may:
investigate and address concerns;
monitor and improve our customer support responses;
respond to questions, comments and feedback; and
inform you about steps taken to resolve customer support issues.
Research and development and security
We may use the Personal Data we collect for testing, research, analysis and product development. This allows us to understand and analyse your needs and preferences, protect your personal data, improve and enhance the safety and security of our services, develop new features, products and services, and facilitate insurance and finance solutions.
We may use the Personal Data we collect to investigate and resolve claims or disputes, or as allowed or required by applicable law.
We may also use your Personal Data when we are required, advised, recommended, expected or requested to do so by our legal advisors or any local or foreign legal, regulatory, governmental or other authority.

We may use your Personal Data to market Green Hero and Green Hero partners’ sponsors’ and advertisers’ products, services, events or promotions. For example, we may:

We may communicate such marketing to you by post, telephone call, short message service, online messaging service, push notification by hand and by email.

Amendments and updates
Green Hero shall have the right to modify, update or amend the terms of this Policy at any time by placing the updated Policy on the Websites. By continuing to use the Apps, Websites or Services, purchase products from Green Hero or continuing to communicate or engage with Green Hero following modifications, updates or amendments to this Policy, you signify your acceptance of such modifications, updates or amendments.
